Yes. Because first and foremost the 9 Strap is an injury prevention tool (lead shoulder for hitter, and catcher getting hit on the backswing) 9 Strap Technology is game legal. Nothing says otherwise in any rule book ranging from Little League to MLB. The only mention in any rule book is the grip length on the bat handle.

The Full Hide has a strap that is a tad thicker and stiffer. The Lite model is a little thinner and is therefore less noticeable when gripping the bat. The Full Hide is great for beginners, or people who might be less experienced/coordinated with their hands as the strap is not able to fold or bend as easily as the Lite or Pro models. Once the hitter becomes more experienced and gets used to the 9 Strap, they will want move on to the Lite or Pro model.

The golf 9 Strap is narrower to better accommodate the smaller handle (compared to a bat or paddle). The golf and pickleball 9 Strap have a small piece of leather on the inside of the loop to better protect the skin/hand since gloves are typically not worn on that hand. The baseball/softball and golf 9 Stras have one piece of leather since it will line up roughly in the same direction of the bat and club handle, while the pickleball 9 Strap has a break in the leather as to accommodate the different styles of backhand grip.
