Warranty Policy

All 9 Straps (models Full Hide, Lite, Pro, Golf, and PB) warranted against breakage due to material or workmanship defect for 30 days with a valid proof of purchase and will commence on the date of delivery of the product (not date of purchase). 9 STRAP warranty program does not cover normal wear and tear or user abuse, nor does it cover any additional products aside from what is listed above.  Additionally, any alterations of 9 STRAP products will void warranty coverage.
