Warranty Policy

STRAPS

9 STRAP models (Full Hide, Lite, Pro, Golf, PB) are warranted against breakage due to material or workmanship defect for 30 days with a valid proof of purchase and will commence on the date of delivery of the product (not date of purchase). 9 STRAP warranty program does not cover normal wear and tear or user abuse. Additionally, any alterations of 9 STRAP products will void warranty coverage.

BATTING GLOVES

9 STRAP batting gloves are warranted against breakage due to material or workmanship defect for 90 days with a valid proof of purchase and will commence on the date of delivery of the product (not date of purchase). 9 STRAP warranty program does not cover any defects due to normal wear, accident, improper use, improper repair, physical damage, theft, neglect & improper fit. Additionally, any alterations of 9 STRAP products will void warranty coverage.

Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser

All warranty claims are at the discretion of 9 STRAP Technology
