Refund policy
No exchange or returned merchandise will be accepted without prior written authorization.
If your product was purchased within the last 30 days and you'd like to exchange or return your 9 STRAP, send an email request to contact@9strap.com. Once you have received written authorization for a return or exchange, do the following:
Please include a note with instructions, reference your order number, and return the original unused item in it's original packaging to this address using an insured and traceable carrier and shipping method (in other words, if the return shipping method doesn't include a tracking number and gets lost by the carrier, 9 STRAP cannot honor the return):

If this is an exchange, and is time sensitive, you’ll want to make a new purchase of the new item you’d like and we will refund you for the original purchase once we receive the undamaged item.
If this is an exchange and you are not in a rush, then we will ship the new item of your choice once we receive the original item.
Either way, please email us and let us know what method you choose for your return (time sensitive, or not) so that we can move forward accordingly.
